Description

The role supports the adoption and awareness of Enterprise Data Management products and services through impactful communications, engaging learning content, and user-centric design. Working closely with Product Owners, EDO, BUDOs, and cross-functional teams, this role contributes to enterprise enablement initiatives, creates intuitive user experiences, and helps drive product adoption through collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

- Develop communications & build awareness: Create and execute impactful communications that promote awareness and adoption of Enterprise Data Management products and services.
- Deliver learning & enablement: Develop engaging learning resources, self-service content, and support enablement sessions to drive product understanding and user adoption.
- Collaborate across stakeholders: Partner with Product Owners, EDO, and BUDOs to gather feedback, support key initiatives, and contribute to a seamless user experience.




- Design user-centric experiences: Leverage design thinking to create intuitive communications, training materials, and digital assets that simplify complex concepts and enhance user engagement.

Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience in communications, learning & enablement, design, product marketing, or change management.
- Solid communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with design principles and tools (e.g., Figma, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) to develop user-centric experiences.
- Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Proactive, customer-focused, and eager to learn, with a passion for improving user experience and driving product adoption.
