Core Responsibilities
- Plant Monitoring: Track daily power generation, plant performance ratios (PR), and equipment health parameters using SCADA systems. [1, 2]
- Maintenance Execution: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs on inverters, solar panels, HT/LT switchgear, and transformers. [1, 2]
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose electrical, mechanical, or communication faults rapidly to restore optimal generation. [1]
- Vendor & Team Coordination: Manage local contractors, coordinate with visiting specialists, and handle spare parts inventory. [1]
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Setting (HSE) standards, conduct tool-box talks, and maintain zero-incident site operations.
- Reporting: Maintain daily logs, generation reports, breakdown logs, and history sheets for audits
