- Operate the assigned sewing machine as per the operation requirement.
- Follow the approved operation bulletin, sample, and technical specifications.
- Maintain required quality, production, and efficiency standards.
- Check fabric, panels, trims, thread, and components before starting the operation.
- Maintain correct stitch type, seam allowance, SPI, and machine settings.
- Identify and report sewing defects such as skipped stitches, broken stitches, puckering, open seams, and uneven stitching.
- Inform the Team Leader/Mechanic immediately in case of machine problems.
- Maintain proper handling of garments to prevent damage, stains, and contamination.
- Follow line balancing and production instructions given by the Team Leader.
- Keep the machine and work area clean and organized.
- Follow all safety, PPE, housekeeping, and 5S requirements.
- Minimize fabric, thread, and material wastage.
- Achieve the assigned daily production target.
- Follow attendance, discipline, and workplace rules.
- Support other operations when required by the supervisor
