- Operate the fusing machine safely and efficiently.
- Check fabric, interlining, size, shade, and quantity before fusing.
- Follow approved fusing temperature, pressure, and machine speed settings.
- Ensure proper alignment of fabric and interlining.
- Check fused components for proper bonding and appearance.
- Monitor machine temperature, pressure, and belt speed during production.
- Identify defects such as bubbling, peeling, scorching, shrinkage, and poor bonding.
- Separate defective pieces and inform the Team Leader/Supervisor.
- Maintain required production quantity and quality standards.
- Prevent fabric and interlining wastage.
- Keep the fusing machine and work area clean.
- Report machine breakdowns and abnormal conditions to the Maintenance Team.
- Follow 5S, safety, housekeeping, and PPE requirements.
- Maintain proper records as required.
- Support other fusing activities when instructed by the Supervisor.
