About the Role

We are looking for an HR Recruiter with 2–3 years of experience who can independently
manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate should be solid in sourcing,
screening, stakeholder management, interview coordination, offer closure, and candidate
management.

Key Responsibilities
● Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
● Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers on role
expectations.
● Source candidates through LinkedIn, IIM Jobs, Wellfound, Hirist, referrals, and other
relevant channels.
● Screen candidates based on skills, experience, role fit, compensation, and notice period.
● Conduct initial recruiter screening calls and coordinate interviews.
● Manage candidate communication, follow-ups, and overall candidate experience.
● Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment data using Recruiterflow/ATS.
● Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and offer closures.
● Support pre-joining, onboarding, and employee records.
● Track recruitment metrics and hiring updates.




● Build talent pipelines and work with stakeholders to close positions within timelines.

Requirements
● 2–3 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
● Proven experience handling end-to-end recruitment independently.
● Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate evaluation skills.
● Experience managing multiple roles and recruitment pipelines.
● Experience managing end-to-end recruitment for senior and critical roles, from sourcing
to offer closure.
● Good stakeholder management and interview coordination skills.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
● Hands-on experience with ATS/recruitment tools, Recruiterflow, or similar
platforms.
● Working knowledge of Keka or similar HRIS platforms.
● Good proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
● Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Result-oriented approach with strong ownership of hiring targets.
