Responsible for :
- Providing Source code version management process training to development teams
- Providing Change management process tool training
- Provide audit related data as per auditor’s requirement
- Resolving process tool queries
- Carrying Daily morning checklist for application
- Resolving application related queries and issues at L1 level
- Coordinating with ALM Collabnet product team for resolving the issue
- Maintaining SOPs and creating current SOPs as & when required
- Following incident management and RCA process for tool related issues

Knowledge & Skills
Organizational
- Familiar with ITIL process Good knowledge of Shell scripting,
- database queries, job schedular Practical experience of UNIX/LINUX commands
- Good Analytical skills, Problem solving and Interpersonal skills

Industry based
- Must be able to write SQL queries functions.
- Hands on experience on Unix/linux
