Job Summary

The Driver cum Outside Work Executive will be responsible for driving company vehicles safely and handling various outdoor errands, deliveries, document collection, banking, courier, and other miscellaneous operational activities for the jewellery retail showroom.

Key Responsibilities

Driving & Vehicle Management

-
Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly for official work.

-
Pick up and drop employees, documents, materials, and other authorized items as required.

Maintain the cleanliness and basic condition of the vehicle.

-
Ensure timely servicing, maintenance, insurance, PUC, and other vehicle-related requirements.

Follow all traffic rules and maintain proper driving discipline.

Outside & Operational Work

-
Handle bank visits, cheque deposits, cash deposits,



and document submissions as authorized.

Collect and deliver documents, parcels, courier, invoices, and other business materials.

Visit suppliers, vendors, offices, courier companies, and other locations for official work.

Assist in purchasing and collecting office/showroom requirements.

Support the showroom team in urgent outdoor requirements and miscellaneous operational tasks.

Jewellery-Related Responsibilities

-
Safely handle and transport authorized jewellery-related documents, parcels, or materials as instructed by management.

Maintain strict confidentiality regarding customer, jewellery, and company information.

Follow all security instructions while carrying company items or documents.

Never disclose or discuss company/customer information with unauthorized persons.

General Duties

Maintain proper records of fuel, vehicle expenses, tolls, parking, and other approved expenses.
