Qualifications
Strong client-facing skills, including Client Services and Client Relations, with experience managing multiple accounts and projects.
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas, negotiate, and coordinate across internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in event management, marketing, or related industries, preferably handling corporate events, brand activations, or large-scale programs.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage tight deadlines, and adapt to rapid-paced, dynamic project environments.
Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
Proficiency in basic office and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, presentations,



spreadsheets); exposure to project management or CRM tools is an advantage.
Immediate Joiners Needed

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
•⁠ ⁠Understand client requirements and translate them into clear internal briefs.
•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with Creative, Production, Operations, and Vendor teams to ensure smooth execution.
•⁠ ⁠Prepare presentations, proposals, timelines, and project documentation.
•⁠ ⁠Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met.
•⁠ ⁠Attend client meetings, site visits, and event executions as required.
