Guest Experience: n n Ensure all guests receive a personalized and memorable experience. n Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction and brand loyalty. n Monitor online reviews and social media mentions to address any concerns promptly. n n 3. Team Leadership: n n Recruit, train, and manage staff to deliver excellent customer service. n Create staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage. n Motivate and inspire the team to maintain high morale and a positive work workplace. n n 4. Financial Management: n n Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. n Analyze revenue streams and implement strategies to optimize profitability. n Monitor occupancy rates, pricing strategies, and expenses to achieve financial targets. n n 5. Sales & Marketing: n n Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns that drive bookings and revenue. n Build partnerships with local businesses, travel agencies, and influencers to promote the hotel. n Monitor and manage the hotel's website and online booking platforms to ensure maximum visibility. n n 6.
