The role offers exposure across core finance functions including financial reporting, compliance, and business finance. n Role & Responsibilities n n Lead financial accounting., viz. P2P cycle, O2C cycle or capitalization cycle n Assist in financial reporting and month-end/year-end closing activities n Support statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits n Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements n Work on direct and indirect taxation (GST, TDS, etc.) n Prepare and analyze financial statements and MIS reports n Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis n Coordinate with cross-functional teams for financial data and insights n Assist in process improvement and automation initiatives n n Skills & Qualifications n n Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Fresher n Articleship experience with Big 6 firms preferred n Robust understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting n Basic knowledge of taxation (GST, TDS, compliance) n Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP knowledge is an added advantage n Good analytical and problem-solving skills n Strong communication and interpersonal skills n Detail-oriented with a proactive and learning mindset. n
