n Prepare and review full sets of accounts, including:
n n General Ledger (GL)
n Accounts Receivable (AR)
n Accounts Payable (AP)
n Bank Reconciliations
n Accruals, prepayments, and fixed assets
n Maintain accurate and complete accounting records with proper supporting documentation.
n Record and review business transactions, including:
n Revenue and expense recognition
n Inventory accounting (if applicable)
n Cash flow movements
n Capital structure and finance-related entries
n Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS).
n Ensure timely and accurate GST-related reporting support and compliance coordination.
n Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
n Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and preparation of management reports.
n Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and financial institutions as required.
n Support internal controls, process improvements, and accounting standardization across entities.




n Provide guidance and oversight to junior accounting staff and assist in training where required.
n Perform ad-hoc financial and reporting tasks assigned by management.
n n Requirements
n n Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
n ACCA / CPA (or equivalent qualification) preferred.
n Minimum 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience.
n Strong experience handling and reviewing full sets of accounts independently.
n Familiarity with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) preferred.
n Good understanding of GST and corporate tax concepts.
n Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems such as Xero, QuickBooks, or similar platforms.
n Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
n Able to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities.
n Good communication skills in English (Chinese language ability is an added advantage for coordination with regional stakeholders).
