Brief Job Description:

- To perform GL Accounting & Management Reporting.
- Preparation of journal entries.
- Intercompany accounting activities.
- Reconciliations.
- HFM & BPC reporting.
- P&L; Analysis.
- Forecasting.
- Periodic sales reporting.
- Perform other industry-specific activities.
- Periodic reporting of performance metrics and dashboards to management within stipulated timelines and defined quality standards.
- Monitoring and review of activities to ensure no SLA/KPI is missed.
- Create and deploy internal controls across sub-processes.
- Identify pain areas within the process and develop action plans for smooth functioning of the process.

Key Accountabilities:

- Meet the key performance indicators set by the Manager.
- Manage own deliverables along with team deliverables and ensure all SLAs are met.
- Acquire business knowledge, perform process deep dives, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure close activities are performed as per the agreed close calendar.




- Ensure SOPs are updated on time and approved as per the agreed client approval cycle.
- Analyze processes in detail and identify improvement ideas to reduce close cycle time and/or flatten peak close effort requirements.
- Publish weekly/monthly performance dashboards as agreed.
- Ensure internal review mechanisms are in place to detect errors and implement necessary controls.
- Meet customer expectations and maintain client relationships.
- Monitor team errors, identify root causes, and implement action plans to mitigate risks and errors.
- Ensure all DPMs are reviewed, updated, and signed off by the client as per the agreed frequency or whenever major changes occur.
- Ensure team members are fully trained, tested, and capable of meeting SLA/KPI requirements.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide counseling/coaching for improvement.
