Primary Purpose of the Position:
The Global Business Process Consultant for Warehousing will be a member of the global Supply Chain IT team applying their expertise in warehousing technologies to provide competitive solutions to enterprise-wide challenges. This project focused role, will function in a technical Business Systems Analyst capacity, working closely with business partners and applying digital expertise in a business/technical system area. Additionally, the architect will strive for cross-functional and cross-platform solutions providing guidance to departmental and divisional Business/Technical Management on IT / Digital Strategies and Initiatives.
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Solution Design & Configuration: Lead the blueprinting, detailed design, configuration of warehouse core functionalities (e.g., Inbound/Outbound processing, Internal Warehouse Movements, Physical Inventory).
- System Integration: Oversee and configure integration touchpoints between legacy warehouses systems, specifically SAP ERP and YMS (Yard Management).




- Analyze business/technical needs and translate process into practice through the current Information Technology tool sets. Identify opportunities to enhance existing operations using current IT technology as a replacement for legacy systems manual effort.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with warehouse operations, logistics providers, data science teams, and internal IT to translate complex supply chain business requirements into scalable, technology-forward solutions.
- Proven track record of delivering in warehousing implementation, from requirements gathering to go-live and support.
- Perform unit end-to-end testing, conducting integration testing, and partnering with business users for user acceptance testing.
