and online databases Build and maintain candidate pipelines across healthcare and professional services Conduct initial screening calls and candidate outreach Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication throughout the process Support recruiters with scheduling, documentation, and ATS updates Sales & Business Development Support Research healthcare organizations, clinics, and decision-makers across Canada and the U. S.
