About the RoleEprise is looking for a driven and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive to lead revenue growth across HORECA, institutional, and emerging B2B channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a strong sales pipeline, acquiring new accounts, managing key relationships, and expanding Eprise's footprint into new industry segments. This role demands a hunter mindset combined with strong account management and negotiation skills, suited for candidates with an FMCG or D2C sales background.

Key Responsibilities1. Revenue Generation & Business Development
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual B2B revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire new B2B customers to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Generate business through cold calling, references, networking, field visits, LinkedIn, industry databases, and other prospecting channels.
- Convert prospects into recurring customers and drive repeat business.
- Develop and execute territory-wise and segment-wise sales plans.

2. HORECA SalesBuild Eprise's presence across:
- Hotels
- Restaurants
- Cafés
- Cloud kitchens
- Caterers




- QSRs
- Bakeries
- Food service operators
- Bars, lounges, and hospitality businesses

Understand customer requirements, consumption patterns, pricing expectations, and procurement processes to create relevant B2B offerings.

3. Institutional & New Industry ExpansionExplore opportunities beyond HORECA, including:
- Corporate offices and cafeterias
- Schools and educational institutions
- Hospitals and healthcare institutions
- Co-working spaces
- Travel and transportation
- Events and catering companies
- Retail chains
- Distributors and wholesalers
- Manufacturing and industrial cafeterias
- Other large-volume consumption businesses

Identify new industry segments where Eprise products can create value and develop these channels from scratch.
