Job Description
We’re seeking an Account Manager to own our hotel accounts, the properties where our farms are already live and growing.

This is not just a desk role. This is a field ownership role.

You will be the face of Cosy at every client hotel: managing the relationship with chefs and purchase managers, making sure every kitchen gets exactly what it needs, driving issues to closure inside the company, and owning each account through to renewal. You’ll work directly with the founder and own a portfolio of hotels end to end.

We are building environmental control machines that grow food, and we install them inside premium hotels and restaurants, supplied from our central farm in Mumbai.

Who you are
You are a relationship builder who lives in the field.
You’ve serviced demanding clients and kept them happy.
You can take blunt feedback from a chef at 8am and still be welcome in his kitchen at 8pm.
You chase things to closure, inside the company and outside.
You understand that an account isn’t managed over email: the visit, the walk through the kitchen, the conversation with the purchase manager. That’s the job.
You think in accounts: Relationship → Service → Resolution → Payment → Renewal.
You take ownership.

Responsibilities
Own a portfolio of hotel accounts from the day a unit is installed, you are the client’s first call




Visit assigned hotels on a fixed weekly schedule (typically 2 site visits per day across Mumbai)
Track what each hotel consumes and make sure crops supplied match what the kitchen actually needs
Work closely with the farm team on production planning, keep upcoming supply on track so every hotel receives the quantity it was promised
Raise client issues internally, follow them to closure, and keep the hotel informed until resolved
Log every visit and share structured daily updates with the team
Follow up on invoices and payment cycles for your accounts
Lead the renewal conversation as each account approaches the end of its term
Learn our crops well enough to discuss produce quality, harvest timing, and menu use directly with chefs

Requirements
2-4 years in a client-facing role serving hotels or restaurants, food/beverage distribution, premium produce supply, hospitality B2B, or agricultural supply
Comfort in qualified kitchens and with hotel purchase teams
Relentless follow-up, you’d rather make the third call than let something slip
Ability to get things moving across teams you don’t manage
Structured, consistent daily reporting, done every day, not when reminded
Fluent in Hindi and English
Comfort with numbers: monthly billing, payment tracking, pricing conversations
Based in Mumbai, happy in a role that is mostly on the road

Strongly Preferred
• Experience serving premium or five-star hospitality clients
• Existing familiarity with how hotel F&B; and purchase departments work
• Exposure to fresh produce, perishables, or farm-to-table supply
• Experience handling collections or renewals, not just servicing
