We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Representative who leads with creativity. This is not a by-the-numbers marketing role — we want someone who thinks differently about content, has a genuine curiosity for technology, and can translate complex AI and IT concepts into compelling narratives. You'll work across sales support and marketing execution, reporting directly to the Growth & Partnerships Manager.

You understand how software products work, follow developments in AI and SaaS, and can hold your own in a conversation about technology — even if you've never written a line of code.

You can switch gears between writing a punchy social post and cleaning up a prospect list without losing momentum

Content Creation (Primary Focus)
Create original content for LinkedIn — posts, carousels, short-form copy that doesn't sound like every other B2B company
Conduct keyword and SEO research to identify blog topics — then brief or write them
Sales Support
Manage and enrich prospect data for HubSpot — keep contact lists clean, updated, and pipeline-ready
Support outreach sequencing and activity tracking for HubSpot

Minimum 1 year of experience in content, marketing, or a growth support role
Strong written English — you'll be creating content for a US audience
Comfortable with Canva or similar tools; Figma is a plus
HubSpot experience is a plus
