Role Description The Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for managing and growing assigned customer accounts, handling day-to-day communication, and ensuring timely responses to inquiries and orders. The Account Executive will prepare and follow up on quotations, coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance,



and monitor order status to ensure on-time delivery. The role includes tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate records in CRM or related systems, and preparing regular reports for management. The Account Executive will also support business development activities, identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, and contribute to customer retention through proactive relationship management.
Robust client relationship management skills, including account handling, customer communication, and follow-up capabilities.
Sales and business development aptitude, with the ability to identify opportunities, support negotiations, and meet revenue targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM or ERP tools, with attention to accuracy in data entry and reporting.
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field; relevant experience in manufacturing, chemicals, or plastics is preferred.
