Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and field-oriented Senior Marketing Officer to drive brand visibility and sales growth for our trolley and cultivator product lines. The ideal candidate will combine traditional B2B marketing execution with modern digital strategies, and possess a robust understanding of the rural, agricultural market. You will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, strengthening dealer relationships, and organizing field demonstrations to showcase the durability and efficiency of our products.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Execution:

Implement annual and quarterly marketing plans, including product positioning, pricing coordination, and targeted promotions to boost sales for trolleys and cultivators.

Brand & Product Promotion:

Drive brand awareness initiatives through ATL/BTL activities, including print ads, billboards, brochures, and local agricultural promotions.

Field Demos & Farmer Engagement:

Actively organize and conduct farmer meetings, "Bazaar Days," and live field demonstrations to directly engage end-users and generate leads.

Dealer & Distributor Coordination:

Maintain strong coordination with the dealer network, and execute promotional materials and sales incentive programs (e.g., "Joint Crash Sales Programs") to support dealer sales.

Digital Marketing & Content Support:

Handle social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube)



and WhatsApp marketing campaigns targeting farmers. Support development of testimonial videos and product demonstration content.

Market Intelligence & Reporting:

Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback, and submit regular performance and field reports.

Budget Monitoring & ROI Tracking:

Assist in managing the marketing budget and monitor campaign ROI and lead generation efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Marketing, Agribusiness, Business Management, or related field.

Experience:

3–7 years of marketing experience, preferably in agricultural machinery, farm equipment, or automotive industry.

Agri-Market Understanding:

Strong knowledge of rural markets, farming practices, and agricultural machinery value chain.

Communication Skills:

Ability to effectively communicate with dealers, sales teams, and farmers in local languages.

Analytical & Reporting Skills:

Capability to track sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and field feedback.

Mobility:

Willingness to travel extensively to rural areas and dealer locations.

Tools:

Working knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
