We are looking for an experienced Head Salesperson for our jewellery showroom who will be responsible for assisting customers, driving showroom sales, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting jewellery and provide detailed product information.
- Drive showroom sales and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Deal with walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
- Maintain proper display and presentation of jewellery items in the showroom.
- Handle customer queries, requests, and after-sales support.
- Coordinate with management regarding customer preferences and sales trends.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the showroom.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in jewellery showroom sales.
- Good knowledge of gold, diamond, and other jewellery products.
- Must be well versed in Hindi and English and comfortable interacting with clients.
- Solid communication and customer handling skills.
- Presentable personality with a professional approach.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
