Job Description:
- Ensuring timely booking of Purchases of goods and services.
- Ensuring seamless billing for domestic Sales and Exports
- Ensuring that billing is as per the PO.
- Managing Physical Inventory process in collaboration with various stake holders and ensuring the same is properly reflecting in SAP.
- Implementing cost-saving measures: To identify and implement cost-saving measures.
- Extending support to Internal Auditors and statutory auditors and implementing their observations as agreed upon by HO.
- Analyzing financial data: They track and evaluate day-to-day activities, including analysis of financial information to maintain the plant's record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, and other financial activities.
- Collaborating with HO: Work closely with plant management to develop budgets and financial plans and monitor spending to ensure it stays within these budgets.
- Preparation of MIS – Monthly P&L; for Cheyyar Plant; Tracking of overbilling cases and bringing a closure by co-ordinating with PMG for additional orders/credit notes.
Reporting Structure:
The candidate must report functionally to HOD Finance at HO and administratively to Cheyyar Plant Head.
