Position Summary:




We are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead a team of sales/BD representatives responsible for generating current business, expanding existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across our Managed IT, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Hosting service lines — with particular emphasis on the healthcare vertical. This is a hands-on leadership role combining individual sales contribution, team coaching, pipeline management, and go-to-market strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs)/Account Executives, setting clear targets and holding the team accountable to KPIs.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and coaching sessions to improve conversion rates at each stage of the sales funnel.
- Onboard, train, and ramp up new sales hires on ER Tech Pros‘ services, ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), and sales process.
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and accountable team
