Job Description Hiring for Structural Design (B.E. Civil with minimum 4 years of experience) n n Knowledge of RCC and ETab n Review designs submitted by the structural consultant for any errors and rectification of the same through them n Design co-ordination with external consultant n Should have thorough knowledge of valuable construction practices & construction materials n Experience in estimation must with analytical knowledge on quantity verifications as per design changes n Responsible to co-ordinate with all internal dept. viz Execution, MEP, Commercial, liaison, for timely deliverables n Co-ordinate with External Architects, Structural consultants or any other consultant to ensure DMart specifications are met n Co-ordinate with Developers to ensure DMart specifications are explained & adhered to by the developer (as-and-when required n Knowledge of IS Codes & all design relevant standards n Knowledge of Tenders, BOQ & Working Drawing n
