Position: Technical Implementation Lead

Qualifications: Any Graduation

Experience: 5 - 8 Years

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India (WFO)

We are looking for an experienced Technical Implementation Lead to join a fast-growing technology platform that is building intelligent solutions across retail, manufacturing, logistics, commerce, and other emerging industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end implementation and onboarding programs for enterprise clients.

Drive platform rollouts across commerce, omnichannel, logistics, and store operations.

Own execution from project kickoff through go-live and steady-state operations.

Build scalable implementation playbooks, governance models, and operational frameworks.

Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Support teams.

Conduct governance reviews, implementation checkpoints, and executive stakeholder updates.

Act as the primary escalation point for implementation and operational challenges.





Drive accountability through structured communication and action tracking.

Build scalable implementation and customer success processes.

Mentor AM/CSM teams on execution and stakeholder management.

Establish operating rhythms, implementation cadences, and performance tracking.

Reduce execution dependency through documentation, automation, and process standardization.

Ideal Profile:

Strong experience in enterprise implementation / onboarding / program delivery.

Experience working with enterprise customers and cross-functional teams.

Strong stakeholder and escalation management skills.

Excellent communication, governance, and execution capabilities.

Experience building scalable processes, playbooks, and operating frameworks.

Ability to work in a rapid-paced, high-growth technology environment.
