n Role Overview
n We are looking for a Business Development Executive to guide and convert prospective learners into enrolled students through consultative counselling and relationship-driven sales .
n
n Key Responsibilities
n · Connect hot leads via calls, WhatsApp and email using CRM tool
n · Understand learner needs and recommend suitable courses
n · Deliver explicit and persuasive course counselling
n · Handle queries and objections with a solution-oriented approach




n · Drive enrolments through structured follow-ups
n · Maintain accurate records in CRM
n · Manage admissions pipeline and ensure timely conversions
n · Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
n · Achieving monthly revenue and enrolment targets
n
n Desired Candidate Profile Experience:
n · 1–4 years in EdTech / Education Sales / Academic Counselling (B2C preferred)
n
n Skills
n · Strong communication in Hindi & English
n · Ability to simplify and explain spiritual/complex concepts
n · Strong persuasion, objection handling, and closing skills
n · Target-oriented with a consultative sales approach

n Requirements
n • Graduate (any stream)
n • Understanding of sales skills
n • Strong interpersonal skills
n • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
n • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
