Responsibilities
- Develop and manage partnerships with channel partners and corporate clients for business growth.
- Drive admissions and revenue targets through effective sales and lead-generation strategies.
- Build strong corporate connects for B2B learning and training collaborations.
- Manage end-to-end partner relationships, ensuring consistent communication and performance tracking.
- Coordinate with internal academic and marketing teams for alignment on outreach activities.
- Possess 5+ years of experience in EdTech sales, institutional partnerships, or higher education business development.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and CRM management skills preferred.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
