Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead the sales of electronic and technical products. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, generating current business, building key customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Identify new markets, customers, distributors, dealers, and business opportunities.
- Understand customer technical requirements and ensure the right products/solutions are offered.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and payment follow-up.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and sales reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, products, and activities.
- Handle major customer negotiations and resolve commercial or product-related concerns.
- Coordinate with technical, operations, production, logistics, and finance teams for smooth order execution.
- Track sales pipeline, conversion rates, revenue, and team performance.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
- Develop strategies for repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.
- Train team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, negotiation, and customer handling.
- Travel for customer meetings, exhibitions, market visits, and business development activities when required.
