Business Development Manager – US Healthcare RCM Outsourcing

Role

BrezQ is hiring a US Healthcare RCM Business Development professional to acquire recent US clients for RCM and Medical Billing outsourcing services.

Responsibilities

Acquire new US Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing clients.
Develop relationships with RCM Directors, Billing Directors, Practice Administrators, CFOs and COOs.
Conduct RCM discovery covering claims, coding, A/R, denials, payment posting, eligibility and prior authorization.
Understand client RCM KPIs, workflow gaps, staffing requirements and revenue leakage.
Develop RCM solutions, proposals, SOWs and commercial models.
Lead solution presentation, negotiation and contract closure.
Build and manage a qualified US healthcare pipeline.

Must Have





5+ years selling US Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing outsourcing services.
Proven new client acquisition / revenue generation track record.
Strong knowledge of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.
Working knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, claims, EDI/837/835, clearinghouses, denials and A/R.
Understanding of Medicare, Medicaid and commercial payer workflows.
Experience with EHR/EMR and Practice Management systems.
Strong consultative selling and contract negotiation skills.

Preferred

Existing US healthcare provider network.
Experience selling end-to-end RCM outsourcing.
Experience with percentage-of-collections, FTE or transaction-based RCM models.

Primary KPI: New US RCM clients and recurring revenue generated.
