We are partnering with a fast-growing, promoter-led alloy steel manufacturer to hire a Regional Sales Lead– North. This is the regional leadership role in the organisation reporting directly to the Sales Head responsible for scaling an existing revenue base of ₹250 Cr, entering strategic new markets, and building a high-performing national sales organisation. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional with deep exposure to high-specification steel, forgings, or adjacent engineering sectors, and a proven track record of enterprise account management, vendor qualification cycles, and value-based selling.

Oil & Gas (strengthen — approvals with Baker Hughes, Schlumberger, Cameron)

Lead growth across OEMs, distributors & key industrial accounts
Own pricing, margins,



collections & overall regional P&L;
Lead and scale a high-performing sales team

12–20 years in steel / alloy steel / forgings / castings / engineering sales
~ Proven experience handling the North region (must-have)
~ Robust exposure to OEM / key account / industrial sales
~ English communication is crucial for this role

Large forging or casting companies with OEM / enterprise sales divisions
Engineering product firms supplying to Defence, Aerospace, or Oil & Gas sectors
