Position : Archviz Project Coordinator Location : Remote
Shift : US Shift (EST/EDT)
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator specializing in Architectural Visualization (ArchViz) for a minimum 1-year contract, with the potential for extension. The role involves coordinating closely with international clients—primarily across North America—and supporting the production team through image preparation, photo editing, and final compositing for premium architectural render outputs.

Serve as the key communication link between clients (Architects, Developers, Interior Designers) and the internal production teams (3D Artists, Draftsmen, Designers).
Review architectural drawings, project briefs, and required deliverables including: Photorealistic 3D renderings, VR tours and panoramic imagery, Walkthrough / animation videos, CAD and technical drawings,




Provide creative and technical direction to enhance visualization outcomes.
Oversee post-production tasks and ensure final images meet quality standards before delivery.
Support additional coordination or project-related tasks when required.

Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) – Mandatory
~ Prior experience in project coordination or client-facing roles, ideally with exposure to international (especially US/Canada) clients.
~ 3 to 5 years industry experience (architecture) minimum.
~ Robust visual and aesthetic judgement with an eye for detail.
