n • Managing Stock
n • Complete Inventory Management
n • Keep up to date with emerging fashion trends as well as general trends relating to fabrics, colours and shapes.
n • Presenting story, mood, color boards, adapting to the client's own interests in color, style, and shape.
n • Draw, design, and develop new clothing and accessory samples, and create and turn in documentation worksheets.
n • Understand design from a technical perspective, i.e. producing patterns and technical specifications for designs.
n • oversee production, Fabric Sourcing and Client Trials and Fittings
n • negotiate with customers and suppliers
n • Liaise closely with purchasing and production teams on an ongoing basis to ensure items suit the customer, market and price points
n • Handling Clients / Customers in Store and Social Media Enquiries.
n • Do the work to cost out all of the components needed for a garment's production creating Costing Sheet.
n • Maintaining all Expense records and Book Keeping.
n • Assist the design team with communicating to vendors on design, production, and other issues.
n • Managing design process from conception through to final styling.
n • Conducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics and techniques, and seeking design inspiration




n • Selecting the most appropriate pieces from collections and ranges for the shoot.
n Purchasing props for shoots. • Supervising photo shoots.
n Qualification:
n • To be Creative and to be able to visualise the designs in three dimension.
n • An eye for Colour and a feel for fabrics and materials
n • The ability to generate ideas and concepts, use your initiative and think outside the box
n • Design and Visualisation skills, either by hand or through computer-aided design (CAD) or Any Design Software
n • technical skills, including pattern cutting , grading, garment construction and sewing.
