Main Objective
We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven individual who can identify and generate new B2B prospects, connect with decision-makers, understand their requirements, qualify opportunities, and set up meetings for the sales team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with US cold calling, personalized email outreach, prospect research, and consistent follow-ups.

Job Description
- 0-2 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, business development, or tele-sales, preferably selling to the US market.
- Strong experience in US cold calling, B2B prospecting, lead generation, email outreach, and appointment setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write professional and personalized sales emails.
- Experience initiating conversations with C-level executives, EVPs,



Directors, Managers, and other decision-makers.
- Ability to research companies, identify the right contacts, build targeted prospect lists, and find new business opportunities.
- Ability to understand prospect requirements, identify potential opportunities, and qualify leads before passing them to the sales/management team.
- Solid follow-up skills and the ability to maintain regular communication with prospects through calls and emails.
- Confident and professional phone presence with the ability to communicate effectively with US-based prospects.
- Self-motivated, persistent, organized, and comfortable working independently while coordinating with the internal team.
