Role Description This is a full-time, Business Development Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective Architects, and support revenue growth initiatives. Responsibilities include researching target markets, preparing and delivering presentations or proposals,



and coordinating with internal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations. The role involves tracking sales pipelines, monitoring market trends, and providing regular reports and forecasts to leadership. The Business Development Manager will also participate in networking events, support marketing campaigns, and contribute to strategic planning for business expansion.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in home decor industry with good relation with Architects & Designers.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop practical growth strategies
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities, priorities, and deadlines
