Reports To: Head of Growth & Marketing / Founders
Compensation: ₹5–9 LPA + performance-linked sales incentives, depending on experience and track record
About Crave
Crave by Leena is a premium plant-based patisserie based in Bengaluru, specialising in celebration cakes, customised cakes, cupcakes, desserts and gifting.
We already serve a solid base of individual customers across Bengaluru and are now building a dedicated Corporate & B2B Sales vertical.
Your Mandate
Find new customers, create new opportunities and convert them into recurring revenue for Crave.
The Role
This is a proactive outbound business development role — not customer service and not an inbound sales position.
You will identify prospective companies and partners, find the right decision-makers, initiate conversations through calls, email, LinkedIn and meetings, understand requirements, create proposals,
follow up consistently and close business.
You will own each opportunity from first contact through commercial closure and work to convert successful customers into recurring accounts.
