n Responsibilities:
n We are looking for someone who has:
n ● Design, developed, and implemented learning materials and experiences that align with the organization's learning objectives
n ● Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop appropriate solutions
n ● Select and use appropriate instructional strategies and technologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences
n ● Sound knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning principles
n ● Solid written communication skills and working knowledge of editorial requirements, grammar,
and instructional design of materials; attention to detail to ensure quality
n
n Qualification:
n ● Graduate in any discipline.
n ● 7+ years of experience in instructional design or a related field
n ● Proficiency in instructional design software and tools
n ● Experience with a variety of learning technologies, including e-learning, blended learning, and mobile learning
n ● Experience with needs assessments, learning evaluation, and continuous improvement processes
n ● Tools Expertise: Camtasia, Vyond, Articulate, Synthesia, etc.
