Epsilon Staffing Solutions has been mandated by an established Indian manufacturer and exporter of professional hand tools and automotive workshop solutions to identify a Regional Manager – South India .

Our client has over five decades of manufacturing heritage and a significant international footprint, supplying its products across 75+ countries . The company manufactures a comprehensive portfolio of professional tools and equipment catering to automotive, industrial, engineering, maintenance and other applications.

The Opportunity

The Regional Manager – South will be responsible for driving growth of the Automotive OEM business across Southern India . The position requires a strong business development professional who can open new OEM accounts while strengthening and expanding relationships with existing automotive customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, approach and sign up new Automotive OEM customers across South India.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders across Purchase, Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Development, Manufacturing, Engineering and related functions within OEM organisations.
- Manage and deepen relationships with the company's existing Automotive OEM customers in the region.
- Identify new business opportunities, applications and customer requirements within existing accounts.
- Build a structured pipeline of prospective OEM customers and drive opportunities from initial engagement through commercial closure.
- Coordinate internally with manufacturing, engineering, quality and commercial teams to address customer requirements.
- Lead commercial discussions, negotiations and account development initiatives.




- Track automotive investments, new plants, capacity expansions and sourcing opportunities across the Southern states.
- Develop and execute a regional OEM growth strategy for South India.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Strong experience in B2B / OEM sales within the automotive industry .
- Demonstrated experience in recent customer acquisition and account development with Automotive OEMs .
- Established relationships with automotive OEMs across Southern markets .
- Experience selling industrial products, tools, equipment, engineering products or related solutions to automotive manufacturing organisations.
- Ability to independently identify opportunities, engage senior customer stakeholders and convert relationships into sustainable business.
- Strong commercial orientation, negotiation skills and understanding of OEM procurement processes.
- Willingness to travel extensively across South India.
