Job Description The Role n We’re looking for a Social & Digital Media Executive with strong content and copywriting skills to manage the day-to-day social media presence of multiple client brands. n You’ll be responsible for taking content from planning to posting - building content calendars, writing copy, coordinating with designers and creators, managing influencers, monitoring performance and contributing ideas to marketing plans and pitches. n The ideal candidate is someone who understands that good social media is not just about posting consistently, but about having the right idea, the right words and the right execution. n What You’ll Do n n Plan and manage monthly social media content calendars across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and others. n Develop content ideas, themes and social media strategies for multiple client brands. n Write engaging captions, campaign copy, taglines, social media content and brand narratives . n Adapt copy and tone of voice across different brands and audiences. n Manage the end-to-end posting and scheduling of social media content. n Build and maintain Instagram grids , ensuring content is consistent, visually cohesive and aligned with the brand. n Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers and other creative teams to execute content. n Support influencer planning and management , including identifying relevant influencers, coordinating deliverables and tracking content. n Assist with marketing plans, campaign ideas and pitch decks , particularly around content strategies, social media plans, Instagram grids and creative ideas. n Support the planning and execution of Meta Ads , including basic campaign setup, content requirements and performance monitoring. n Monitor comments, messages, mentions and overall audience engagement across social platforms. n Track social media performance and use insights to improve future content plans. n Research competitors, trends,



categories and cultural conversations to develop relevant content ideas. n Work across multiple clients and briefs while maintaining attention to detail and brand consistency. n n n What We’re Looking For n n Around 3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing or content roles. Agency experience is preferred. n Strong hands-on experience with social media planning, content calendars, posting and scheduling . n Excellent copywriting and English communication skills , with a strong understanding of grammar, tone and structure. n Ability to write for different formats - from social captions and campaign copy to longer-form brand and marketing content. n Good understanding of Instagram content and grid planning . n Experience or familiarity with influencer marketing and coordination . n Basic understanding of Meta Ads and social media advertising. n Ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines and briefs simultaneously. n Robust attention to detail and the ability to work within different brand guidelines. n Comfortable taking feedback, making quick revisions and working collaboratively with creative teams. n A portfolio showcasing social media content, copywriting, campaigns and/or brand work is preferred. n n n Good to Have n n Experience with Reels, short-form video and scripting . n Experience working with F&B;, hospitality, FMCG or consumer brands . n Basic understanding of design principles and how copy works within a visual layout. n Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting. n Experience contributing to brand strategy and campaign planning , beyond day-to-day execution. n An interest in trends, culture, brands and what makes content work on social media. n n n What You’ll Be Responsible For n Content Planning → Copywriting → Posting → Influencer Management → Meta Ads → Marketing Ideas → Pitch & Campaign Support n n If you enjoy turning ideas into content, know how to write copy that people actually want to read, and can manage the execution behind it - we’d love to hear from you.
