Role Description The Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for managing and growing assigned customer accounts, handling day-to-day communication, and ensuring timely responses to inquiries and orders. The Account Executive will prepare and follow up on quotations,



coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance, and monitor order status to ensure on-time delivery. The Account Executive will also support business development activities, identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, and contribute to customer retention through proactive relationship management.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management skills, including account handling, customer communication, and follow-up capabilities.
- Solid organizational and coordination skills to manage orders, documentation, and interaction with internal teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and tally , with attention to accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Gurugram, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities.
