The ideal candidate will manage, facilitate cross-functional teams, coordinate with clients and consultants, ensure high-quality project delivery, and drive successful certification outcomes while supporting business growth and technical excellence.

- Prepare sustainability strategies and documentation for certification submissionsn
- Conduct technical reviews and ensure compliance with standards (LEED, IGBC, WELL, GRIHA, ECBC, etc.)n




- Identify risks and opportunities to improve project performancen
- Ensure quality assurance and adherence to ENGRIN processesn
- Support business development through proposals and client meetingsn
- Stay updated on green building standards, technologies and market trendsn
- Manage resources, budgets and project timelines effectivelyn

- Min Bachelor's degree in the relate subjectsn
- Min of 2 - 3 years of relevant experiencen
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.n
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneouslyn
