nKey Responsibilities - Regional Business Development Manager

- Own the regional business development plan, sales pipeline and revenue targets for the assigned territory.n
- Identify and qualify opportunities across ELV systems, construction, hospitality, insurance and related enterprise segments.n
- Build relationships with developers, consultants, architects, contractors, facility teams, corporate clients, channel partners and other decision-makers relevant to the territory.n
- Lead prospecting, client meetings, needs assessment, solution presentations, commercial discussions and follow-through to closure.n
- Coordinate with technical, estimation, operations, finance and service teams
