nKey Responsibilities

- Identify and prospect recent clients through cold calling (primary channel), LinkedIn, and email outreachn
- Build and manage target lists across EV, commercial vehicle, agriculture, and industrial OEM sectorsn
- Receive, groom, and qualify all inbound inquiries exhibitions, referrals, and websiten
- Run ICP qualification on every lead before investing time : no unqualified leads enter the pipelinen
- Map key stakeholders at every active account.n




- Brief the technical team before every client call; debrief after to capture intelligencen
- Maintain regular account communication and keep the Champion equipped throughout the cyclen
- Co-present at close with the technical lead; manage PO process on a winn
- Update CRM after every touchpoint and submit weekly pipeline reportsn

nRequirements

- n
- 6-10 years of B2B sales or business development experience for tier-2 or tier-1 automative component manufacturers (tractor, bus )n
- Prior exposure to manufacturing, engineering, or industrial products preferredn
- Comfortable making 8-10 cold calls per day.n
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindin
- Proficient in CRM tools and MS Officen
