nWe are looking for Lead Accounts Payable position.
nKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Lead the Accounts Payable & Banking activities of the Company.n
- Leadership skills to lead team size of 3-5 members.n
- Responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, vendor payments, and financial operations within the company.n
- Daily Payment Batch run, review Advance payments & timely escalation handlingn
- Periodic Vendor Reconciliation (key requirement).n
- 3 Way matching System PO, GRN & Invoicen
- Well versed with (P2P) Procure to Payment cycle.n
- GRN Based Purchase & Expenses Invoice booking.n
- Statutory compliances - TDS, PF, PT, ESIC Payments and Return Filing.n
- Should have comprehensive Knowledge of GST & TDSn
- Should be well versed with Accounting Entries (key requirement).n
- Running AP Reports,



Advance Reports, GRN reports from System for analysis.n
- Manage and Monitor banking activities of the organization.n
- Banking Operations (FD Creation, OD creation, Lien Removal, All banking Forms filling etc).n
- ERP knowledge is an added advantage (JD Edwards, SAP & Navision preferred).n

nReporting to : Finance Manager
nLocation : Mumbai - Mahalaxmi
nExperience : 5+ years
nEducational Qualification:
nB.Com / CA Inter with 5 to 6 + yrs of experience in Accounts Payable.
nHave prior experience of leading a team of 3-4 people
