nWe are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable & eCommerce Claims Specialist to join our growing team in India. This role is ideal for someone who understands both traditional accounts receivable processes and the unique challenges of eCommerce accounting.
nThe ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, comfortable working with large data sets, and experienced in investigating payment discrepancies, deductions, chargebacks, returns, claims, and retailer account reconciliations.
nKey Responsibilities

- Manage the complete accounts receivable processn
- Monitor customer balances and aging reportsn
- Reconcile invoices, payments, credits, and deductionsn




- Research and resolve retailer claims and payment discrepanciesn
- Investigate chargebacks, shortages, returns, damaged shipments, and deductionsn
- Review and reconcile marketplace transactions from Amazon, Home Depot, Wayfair, Walmart, and other eCommerce platformsn
- Prepare and submit claims for reimbursementn
- Track open claims and follow up until resolutionn
- Work with internal teams, warehouses, retailers, and vendors to resolve disputesn
- Analyze sales, returns, deductions, and payment datan
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentationn
- Prepare weekly and monthly accounts receivable reportsn
- Identify process improvements to reduce future deductions and unresolved claimsn
