nWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) – Enterprise Sales to join our sales team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B/Enterprise Sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and business development.
nThe candidate will be responsible for identifying potential enterprise clients, generating qualified leads, conducting sales conversations, and contributing to revenue growth.
nKey Responsibilities

- Identify and target potential enterprise/B2B clients through multiple channels.n
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other sales channels.n
- Understand client requirements and present relevant products/services.n
- Conduct prospecting, cold calling, follow-ups, and sales meetings.n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.n




- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.n
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and execution.n
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.n
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM.n
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.n
- Negotiate with clients and support the closure of deals.n

nRequired Skills

- 1–5 years of experience in B2B Sales / Enterprise Sales / Corporate Sales / SaaS Sales / Inside Sales.n
- Solid lead-generation and prospecting skills.n
- Good understanding of the B2B sales cycle.n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.n
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.n
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.n
- Ability to manage multiple prospects and sales opportunities.n
- Experience working with CR
