nWe are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing Global Capability Center (GCC) Practice. This is a unique prospect to be at the forefront of helping organizations build and scale their AI-led, data-driven global operations.
nIn this role, you will be the first point of contact between our company and potential clients. You will focus on building a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities by researching target accounts, identifying key decision-makers, and executing strategic outbound campaigns. Your primary goal will be to generate qualified meetings for senior leadership, contributing directly to the growth of our GCC practice.
nThis role is ideal for a self-starter who is passionate about enterprise sales, enjoys the art of prospecting, and is eager to build a successful career in sales.
nKey Responsibilities




nPipeline Generation & Prospecting

- Identify, research, and prospect enterprise accounts and mid-market companies across target industries, with a specific focus on Global Capability Centers (GCCs).n
- Run targeted outbound prospecting campaigns through a multi-channel approach, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calls, emails, WhatsApp Business, and personalized video messages.n
- Research target accounts, buying centers, and industry trends to personalize outreach and build a relevant pipeline.n

nSales & Stakeholder Engagement

- Generate qualified sales opportunities and schedule discovery meetings/product demonstrations for senior leadership, ensuring a smooth handoff.n
- Engage with senior decision-makers, including CXOs, HR Heads, and Transformation Leaders, to understand their business challenges and GCC needs.n
