The role requires a blend of functional expertise, technical knowledge, and strong project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:n

- Lead complete Odoo ERP implementation projects from requirement gathering to go-live.n
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.n
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.n
- Gather and analyze business requirements .n
- Map business processes to Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.).n
- Work closely with developers for customization and integration.n
- Understand Odoo architecture, modules, and workflows.n
- Review technical solutions to ensure alignment with business needs.n
- Manage third-party integrations (APIs, payment gateways, etc.).n
- Manage expectations and handle escalations effectively.n
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement plans.n
- Allocate tasks and monitor team performance.n
- Maintain quality control across deliverables.n
Key Requirements:n

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fieldn
- ERP Certification (Preferred)n
- 6–10+ years of experience in ERP/Odoo implementationn
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneouslyn
- Strong exposure to both functional and technical aspects of Odoo :n
- Solid knowledge of Odoo modules and ERP workflowsn
- Basic understanding of Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo frameworkn
