We create industry-ready learning experiences through immersive content, expert instruction and technology-enabled delivery. n About the Role n We are looking for a Creative Media Lead to own the visual and multimedia experience of the Academy. This role will be responsible for creating high-quality learning assets, videos, presentations and branded content that enhance learner engagement while maintaining Engridd's visual identity. n The ideal candidate combines creativity, storytelling and technical proficiency with modern AI-powered content creation tools. n Key Responsibilities n n Edit professional-quality learning videos and promotional content. n Create engaging graphics, illustrations and visual assets. n Design branded presentations, course decks and learning collateral. n Produce screen recordings with voiceovers for software demonstrations and tutorials. n Develop AI-assisted videos, animations and multimedia content. n Create downloadable learning resources including guides, templates, checklists and worksheets. n Maintain consistency across all Academy branding and visual communication.



n Collaborate with Academic, Product and Marketing teams to produce learner-centric content. n Manage multimedia assets and maintain an organized digital content repository. n Continuously improve production quality, workflows and turnaround time using contemporary creative and AI tools. n n Skills & Experience n n 5–8 years of experience in creative media, instructional media or digital content production. n Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator or equivalent). n Experience with presentation design and visual storytelling. n Familiarity with screen recording and voiceover production. n Experience using AI tools for video, graphics, image generation and content production. n Strong understanding of branding and visual identity. n Excellent attention to detail and quality. n n Preferred n n Experience creating learning or instructional content. n Knowledge of e-learning platforms and digital education. n Exposure to motion graphics and animation. n Basic understanding of UX principles for learning content. n
