Job Description About the Role
n We're hiring a Fund Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and reporting for a specialty credit financing fund. This role is central to keeping investor-facing numbers accurate and on time you'll be the person who makes sure the math behind carried interest, performance fees, and investor NAVs is right.

n What You'll Do
n n Maintain fund-level and investor-level accounting records in Xero
n Calculate and reconcile Net Asset Value (NAV) per investor on a recurring basis
n Compute carried interest and performance fee calculations in line with fund agreements
n Prepare investor capital account statements and periodic reporting
n Reconcile cash, investments, and accrued income/expenses across the fund
n Support quarterly/annual financial statement preparation and audit processes
n Track capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations
n Flag discrepancies and work with the team to resolve them promptly

n What We're Looking For
n n Mandatory: Experience working with UK and/or European market funds/clients
n Proven experience in fund accounting this is the core requirement
n Hands-on experience calculating carried interest, performance fees, and per-investor NAVs
n Robust working knowledge of Xero (required)
n High attention to detail and comfort working with complex allocation structures
n Ability to work independently and manage recurring reporting cycles

n n Experience with specialty credit or private credit investment structures
n Background in private equity, private debt, or alternative investment fund administration
