Job Description We are looking for an experienced Finance & Compliance Manager to join our team. n Key Responsibilities: n Direct Tax n n Draft and file Income Tax Returns for Asset Management Companies (AMCs) and Alternate Investment Funds (AIFs) in consultation with tax advisors. n Prepare and file responses to notices received from the Income Tax Department. n Prepare and file Forms 64C, 64D, and 61B. n Review and file quarterly TDS returns for AMCs and AIFs. n Coordinate with advisors for Form 15CA and Form 15CB related to foreign remittances. n Review the direct tax compliance status of portfolio companies. n Participate in due diligence to identify and mitigate direct tax risks. n n Indirect Tax n n Review and file GST returns and Annual GST Returns. n Prepare responses to notices received from GST and other indirect tax authorities. n Review the indirect tax compliance status of portfolio companies. n Participate in due diligence to identify and mitigate indirect tax risks. n n FEMA Compliance n n Assist in filing FC-GPR and FC-TRS forms. n Coordinate with legal and tax advisors for FEMA compliance during foreign investor onboarding. n n SEBI & Regulatory Compliance n n Manage corporate actions such as issue and redemption of fund units.



n Ensure timely payment of stamp duty. n File quarterly activity reports and annual PPM updates with SEBI. n Coordinate with merchant bankers for regulatory certifications. n File compliance test reports with trustees and other stakeholders. n Assist in annual PPM audits. n Support CERSAI compliance during and after investor onboarding. n Coordinate with external valuers for valuation reports. n Ensure compliance with all applicable SEBI regulations and circulars. n n Bookkeeping & Record Keeping n n Record daily business transactions in the accounting software. n Maintain accounting vouchers and supporting documentation. n Monitor reimbursements and maintain financial records. n n Preferred Experience n n Venture Capital (VC) n Private Equity (PE) n Asset Management Companies (AMCs) n Alternate Investment Funds (AIFs) n Investment Funds / Fund Administration n n If you have relevant experience and are looking for an exciting prospect, share your updated resume on n #Hiring #FinanceJobs #Compliance #Taxation #DirectTax #GST #SEBI #FEMA #AIF #AMC #VentureCapital #PrivateEquity #DelhiJobs #HiringNow
