The candidate must also be capable of handling Finance-related subjects with confidence and clarity. This role requires excellent communication skills, subject mastery, and a passion for teaching and academic growth.

n Key Responsibilities:
n n Teach and mentor MBA (Finance) students across core and elective subjects, including Finance.
n Design, update, and deliver curriculum aligned with academic standards and industry requirements.
n Guide students in projects, internships, and research activities.
n Participate in academic planning, department meetings, and institutional initiatives.
n Conduct assessments, evaluate performance, and ensure academic excellence.
n Engage in research, publications, seminars, and professional development activities.
n Support accreditation, documentation, and quality assurance processes

n Requirements:
n n PhD in Management/related field or NET qualification (Mandatory).
n Robust knowledge of General Management and Finance subjects.
n Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
n Prior teaching experience in higher education preferred.
